Publisher's Summary

Napoleon Hill, born into poverty in 1883, began writing as a reporter for small town newspapers while just a teenager. Industrialist Andrew Carnegie commissioned him in 1908 to interview over 500 successful men and women to help prove his theory that success could be distilled down to a clear-cut formula. In 1928, Hill's Philosophy of Achievement was published as The Law of Success. This life-changing guide has sold millions of copies and was his first master work before Think and Grow Rich, one of the best-selling books of all time. Now you can hear 24 hours of the incredible philosophy upon which personal success is built, including:

The Master Mind...who can profit most by the Law of Success philosophy and your six most dangerous enemies

A Definite Chief Aim...instructions for applying its principles

Self-Confidence...heredity, the self-confidence formula, and the power of habit and discontentment

The Habit of Saving...walls of limitation, the slavery of debt, mastering the fear of poverty, "I have made a million dollars but I haven't got a cent," and opportunities that come to those who save

Initiative and Leadership...the penalty of leadership and intolerance

Imagination...how it relates to success

Enthusiasm...how it affects you and others, the psychology of good clothes, and the seven deadly horsemen

Self-Control...why poverty is the richest experience that can come to a child

The Habit of Doing More Than Paid For...The Law of Increasing Returns!

Pleasing Personality...three different plans

Accurate Thought...the principles involved in accurate thinking and a chief aim

Concentration...persuasion vs. force

Co-Operation...power through co-operation and your standing army

Failure...the turning points to opportunity

Tolerance...the plan

The Golden Rule...the power of prayer

Terrific Guide to Success

I believe I first read Think & Grow Rich about 30 years ago. I recently heard about this book and when I found it on Audible.com I had to check it out. Even though its quite long the chapters are in very well organized segments. Mr Hill's message is powerful medicine and the narrator does an excellent job. There is more value in this one book than in a dozen other self-help books and it should be required reading for anyone who wants to improve their position in life. I also believe it would be a great addition to the reading list for young people today who are just beginning their great journey through life. Highly recommended.

An Incredible Audio!

Napolean Hill was a man of humble beginnings and great intellect. His book, Think & Grow Rich was required reading for a marketing course I took in college. While that book was great, it was just the beginning. The Law of Success is even more incredible. It will make you rich, in both the depth of your soul and financially. Hill's 20 years of interviews with the most successful people will change your life as it did mine. Listen to its many hours slowly, take notes and reap the rewards from this incredible audio.

Very long but very well read

The problem with "ghost readers" is they often read someone else's work incorrectly with the wrong emphasis on the wrong words.

This reading is an exception to this rule: the voice is pleasant and one can almost imagine that this really is Napoleon Hill himself.

Some of the ideas are bizarre - lots on telepathy and atoms - but most is very helpful and encouraging for anyone needing to relax a bit more and become more attune to the opportunities around them, and more aware of the wealth within them.

A timeless classic

Beautiful prose besides, this book should be prescribed reading for e everybody.... or narration for those that find reading a chore or a bore. It's messages are many and essential to saving so much wasted time and emotion spent on an otherwise haphazard journey of life.

The only book I listen to 3 times a year.

This is the best book to personal growth I've ever encounter.
The same author of Think and Growth Rich, which btw I've never finished to read.

This have all the tools necessary to succeed in whatever you put your mind to.

This is probably the 11th time that I've listened to this from beginning to end.
