Case Study

After being away from the Creative Problem Solving process for a little while, this audio book served as a good refresher to what it consists of, and how extraordinary results can occur. This book details how a consulting firm failed to provide its client with any novel solutions to a problem it had, and then reinventing itself through the implementation of CPS. Essentially, the team dedicated with solving the problems butted heads at first, but soon after, they reinvented themselves by creatively working through their differences, and thereby becoming a strong team. An explanation of each stage is explained, as well as the methodology behind it.
