Publisher's Summary

An in-depth look about how communication can reflect on an employee's personal attitude towards work in either a positive or negative way. Trigger words are necessary in the workplace if they promote a positive reaction for the employee, such as a positive response or motivation work harder. Negative trigger words are arguable whether they should be permitted in the workplace. Negative trigger words can encourage discipline and identification of mistakes they made. There is much more in this article, and how to witness and correct words in either shed them in a more positive light or negative light. I hold an Associates Degree of Business Technology, and hold the current standing of a Senior in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration.

Wow this book is so accurate! Thanks for your help

Have you listened to any of Richard Frances’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Yes, Richard does a great job at narrating books!

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I was excited to learn about the words and phrases that I shouldn't say at my business. I would have never believed that certain things the author mention could trigger negative morale in the workplace.
