What made the experience of listening to The E-Myth Real Estate Brokerage the most enjoyable?
This Book was very helpful to make me realize that I need to transition from the technician to the entrepreneur which is all about setting up systems and processes t stay on track.
What did you like best about this story?
The fact that I really need to stop and make time to put systems in place to be successful.
What about Michael E. Gerber’s performance did you like?
all of it
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
if only I had the time I would have loved that!
Any additional comments?
Strongly recommended for agents who are trying to convert to owners as it is not an easy task. I had no idea what I was up against when I opened my Exit Realty Brokerage.

Would you try another book from Michael E. Gerber and Richard A. Rector and/or Michael E. Gerber?
I've read and enjoyed both E-Myth Revisted and E-Myth Mastery. I believe both of these books are worth a read. Maybe it's because I had high expectation after reading E Myth Revisted, but this truly was a let down and a waste of time. The problem with this book is that its so elementary, that I believe only a true novice agent would get anything out of it, I can't see how a broker or an owner of a brokerage company that has survived the last 5 years of the current market, will gain any insite from this book.
AlsoI found the constant marketing plugs for Realty Executive annoying.
What was most disappointing about Michael E. Gerber and Richard A. Rector ’s story?
E-Myth Revisted covered most these concepts. The rest of the book was an advertisement for Realty Executives. Bummer.
And what was with the "Open & Close" chant when talking about change and the oneness with all. I though I was listening to a Deepak Chopra book.
How did the narrator detract from the book?
What character would you cut from The E-Myth Real Estate Brokerage?
Richard Reactor adds no value to the concept.
