Good content, annoying production

The actual content was solid. The music in between every paragraph break (which occasionally is a single sentence) was obnoxious. The constant annoying distraction was frustrating and makes it hard to recommend the audiobook despite meaningful content.

Is there a version without the little jingle?

Great content and I'm sure there's a "psychological" reason for the jingle, but GOT DAMN. It became annoying. An audio book should just be someone reading what the book says in an attention-sustaining tone(not mono-tone)...the jingle every few sentences, maybe after each "paragraph" was too much!

The best summary I have read

The Brain Audit is to the point, super clear, and the strategy is very achievable. The author narrates the book with his lovely easy to listen to voice, thoughtfully adding in little musical signals to mark paragraph breaks and new chapters. He is clearly a natural teacher and demystifies the process people go through when making buying decisions, a subject now very popular amongst marketers selling various programmes. The check lists are invaluable and I have already implemented some of the steps.This is a must-read/ listen before going down the rabbit warren of programmes - you'll either save the money or go in much more aware.
