Loved the book another home run from Mark, and tea
I think we need the pdf or something that is referred to in the audio book.. talks about contracts and charts but ?? can'f find them.. I will check web sites Mark F is pretty good about sharing..
Just good info from and experienced team..
He did just fine as a Narrator
all good Chapter to Chapter if your into real estate invested you need this book..
