Amateur Job

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

High school kids

Has The Art & Skill of Conversation turned you off from other books in this genre?

No

What didn’t you like about Edward L. Fritsch and Nathan P. Rosenblatt ’s performance?

Very amateur cut and paste job by using old books on tape. Sound and voices vary and the content is juvenile.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

Disappointment

waste

What would have made The Art & Skill of Conversation better?

bass and stereo both fade in and out. even if it worked it would be way to old and useless

Would you ever listen to anything by Edward L. Fritsch and Nathan P. Rosenblatt again?

perhaps but they should hide this book.

Very old material

I don't know how old this content is, but the material regularly mentions "other side of the tape". I would have liked more up to date content as I do not think the content relates to current situations. The presentation is also very old and when providing lists each items is preceeded with what sounds like a clink on a glass. This can become rather irritating. I would not have purchased had I known this in advance. It may be of some use to those who have not had any communication training, but would recommend more recent material to anyone who is really interested in developing their skills in this subject matter.
