eager to learn

And because negotiating happens in every aspect of our life, wouldn’t it be great to be good in it? I admire the recommendations I’ve listened to in this book like separating the people from the problem itself and they’re explained thoroughly. I must say that I’m almost guilty with these things, so I’m eager to learn from this book.

What a healthy discussion

There are many effects of unhealthy negotiations like strained relationships and this is something I’m usually afraid of. I’ve heard about the soft bargaining although at first, I have no idea if it’s worth it. Good thing this book has discussed the cons and pros.
