Great book for beginners

What did you like best about Social Media: Strategies to Mastering Your Brand? What did you like least?

I like that it's a 50,000 foot view of social media, explaining the purpose of each app and how to apply it to your business. Definitely not a tutorial but a pretty good introduction for perhaps an older generation that is trying to find out more info about social media apps.

What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)

I'm getting a master's in business analytics so it was pretty simple for me personally. However, I would recommend this book for small business owner's who need a high overview of what analytics are and how to use them in your own business.

Did Martin James do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?

Each social media app was defined pretty well, again, short, simple but to the point descriptions.

Do you think Social Media: Strategies to Mastering Your Brand needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

Maybe a second addition in a year or two as new players come into the game. Things are changing very quickly.
