Everyone who presents or is in a sales position should read this book!!

I have read several books on communication and I am always trying to better myself and learn. This book by far helped me the most and I’ve recommended it to several of my coworkers. I’d say it is a must read for anyone in sales or if you do presentations to groups of people. I have read several times and I learn more every time I read it. Definitely 5 stars from me.

Brief Review

Would only recommend if you want a concise brief review of professional communication. The clean-cut dry delivery may not be interesting otherwise.

Great Book

This book should be handed out to high school students so when they start applying to colleges and jobs, they have understandings of how to speak properly and know how to communicate.

Great +1 to those growing as leaders

This was a solid read that helped tie together a few different communication methods. Spoken word, presentations and even digital communications were covered here in a very comprehensive way. Lots of real world examples throughout the book.

Simply Said

I enjoyed the step by step tips and tricks on how to keep presentations and speeches clear and concise. I also liked how Jay touched on grammar and leadership.
