The author shows how much of our lack of self-discipline is due to the way we think and how to change that. This book will inspire you to see change in many areas of your life and be a better person...

powerful guide

Very concise book, I love that. It's just what I needed. It teaches you several strategies and talks about many potential pitfalls but focuses on the most effective way to be successful—to develop your self-discipline.
