Publisher's Summary

In business today, the typical male management style is obsolete. Employees are rejecting hierarchical leadership and responding to characteristics traditionally associated with women. In See Jane Lead, best-selling author and internationally recognized executive coach Lois P. Frankel, Ph.D., provides women with the 99 most effective strategies to unleash their natural leadership skills and achieve success in today's business world. Most women may not realize it, but they already possess the qualities to make them great leaders. Unfortunately, these natural capabilities are being suppressed by their need to follow the rules they were taught in childhood for how little girls were supposed to behave.
In this breakthrough audiobook, Dr. Frankel shows women how to overcome these self-sabotaging behaviors, which prevent them from realizing their full managerial potential. Filled with unique practical advice and real-world examples of successful female leaders, See Jane Lead outlines the most effective ways women can take charge in the business world, the home, or beyond, using resources they've possessed all along.

Loved this book, but it needs an update!

I loved this book, it’s a great read! The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because I’d like to see an updated addition for more modernized times! Amazing otherwise!
