surprisingly good and well structured

first chapter turned me off and seemed to be one more book with hyperbole and claims of great success. well structures, reasoned and articulated . Not a sales person but most of the structure actualky reflects what is in executive leadership /management courses

A must read for Sales Managers of all levels

I’m fairly new to the Sales Manager role and have been absorbing Sales Leadership content for more than 2 years. This book reinforces some great habits like frequent meetings with your Sales staff, clear goal setting, and so much more. I highly recommend this book. It taught me quite a bit and reinforced some habits I thought were less important. Enjoy growing your team and your profits.

Great advice and easy reading

I feel this book not only provides sound advice and guidance for leadership, but I’d also enjoyable to listen to. Every time I finished listening to a chapter or had to do something else, I was already looking forward to hearing what was next in the book!

Great Book

A spot on analysis of the struggles of today's sales industry. Mike has a keen viewpoint of what is happening in most sales departments and how to address the issues head on. Bravo!

amazing sales management book

I love this book. there are not a lot of books regarding addressing sales leadership. Mike's words are direct and to the point. they speak volumes to me. If you lead a sales team this is a must!

Great program. Needs multiple hearings to get it all

Simple concept. Details on how to execute. Using it to redefine the role and duties of our mgmt. good stuff!!!

Thought presentation great but delivery was over zealous and cheerleederish at times.
