Great grab!!!

This is a great, easy to listen book on Managing Rental Properties. It has a good mix of both basic property management for those new to the business, as well as a few helpful hints for those that having been doing this for awhile. I knocked it down a star only because it is a bit basic, but this book would be perfect for those with just a few units or those just delving into the wonderful world of property management. For those with more experience, you could probably take it or leave it, though there are enough original ideas that it is worth the buy and the quick listen.
