Just a collection of points that are in every other real estate book. Nothing ground breaking. Provides little value.
The narrator sounds as if he is sitting in a room with horrible acoustics. Sounds like it was recorded in a hallway.

There should be rules to succeed.
Would you listen to Rental Property again? Why?
Yes, I will. It is what I need at the moment.
What other book might you compare Rental Property to and why?
I don't want to make comparison though I read lots of books about rental property simply because each book contribute the knowledge and ideas I need to understand it more before I get started with it. These books somehow bridge those compiled information from one book and this book to make those information complete.
Have you listened to any of Rick McVey’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
This is the first time I listened to him and I could not do any comparison. Though he did a good job with this audio.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
Yes, there is. I learned from my previous mistake when I entered rental investing.
Any additional comments?
None. Everything was good as I expected.
