Great knowledge every aspiring agent should know

This book really helped me decided whether or not I wanted to become a real estate agent. The author provided a lot of content and prepared me for what to expect when it comes to being a real estate agent. In researching what it takes to be a Real Estate agent, I've found there are a lot of resources of how to become rich. We all know there is no such thing as get rich quick. This book is the first I've listen that actually has real information on what to expect and where to start. Thanks Smith. Great Job!

Good and short

Any additional comments?

This seems to be a good idea of what to expect as a new agent. I'm just starting the process and I found it helpful but time will tell if the content is useful. Tells you everything you need to know about getting started and a little bit of what you can expect.

Great advice for anyone wanting a quick overview!
