About Loretta Malandro, Ph.D.
Loretta Malandro is president of Malandro Communication, Inc., specializing in sales and marketing communication programs. Her firm's client list includes such companies as IBM, Amdahl, Texas Instruments, B.F. Goodrich, the American Bar Association, Rohm and Haas, and Digital Equipment. Through years of research, Malandro Communication has identified the characteristics of top sales producers that allow them to achieve high levels of excellence.
