Yes, because I believe all agents need to be reminded of getting a plan in place.

What did you like best about this story?

Matt Williams has a way that makes it sound so simply clear as to why you truely need to have a business plan in place to map out your success.

Which character – as performed by Matt Williams – was your favorite?

Imagine if your child needed surgery...would you let a doctor tell you they would "wing it" when operating on your child as opposed to having a detailed plan? PERFECT way to send home that message that a plan is so important.

Just so easy to listen to. It's obvious this man has a great deal of knowledge and wants you to plan and think about what you need to do to become successful. Frankly, this doesn't only apply to real estate. So many people just "wing it" as he says. With a plan, you hold yourself accountable and he makes that planning very easy. He breaks it down in a simple, understandable way.
