Instead, you'll learn how to develop your physical intelligence: The ability to listen to your body's subtle signals, and respond wisely.Physical intelligence improves your concentration and memory and reduces your risk of back pain, cancer, heart disease, stroke, diabetes, arthritis, and depression. Join Mariah Burton Nelson, a busy author and speaker who knows how challenging it is to take care of one's own body. As a lifelong athlete, she's come up with several ways to ensure that you stay at the top of your game. You will learn:

Your Physical Intelligence Quotient (take a quick quiz)
Why people tend to ignore their bodies

nothing worthwhile at all

Some of the SpeakerNet talks would be worth $5 for download, if that was the price in a half price sale. This one is not. The description sounds great but it's just two people talking, saying nothing.

The description says "you'll learn how to develop your physical intelligence: The ability to listen to your body's subtle signals, and respond wisely." No, you will learn nothing. There are no three keys, no useful quiz, no useful excercise ideas.

This should not be in Audible's list of downloads. Nothing worthwhile in it.

Very bad audio, not worth the buy

The audio is so bad on this, it is very difficult to listen to. This should not be an item for sale here, unless it can be cleared up.
