Another great book by John G. Miller!

Great content and a very easy read/listen. Great illustrations and well read. I bought this after having listened to QBQ! several times. I am looking forward to his other books. Highly recommended!!

Great Read!

As a manager overseeing around 30 people in 5 different locations, I was able to take these lessons and add them to my everyday routines. These days without exceptional customer service your business will sink fast and I was able to formulate my own examples based on the stories in this book to create some really great trainings for my team. Would rate 6 stars if I could.
