Publisher's summary

This final essay for an organizational behavior 300-level class explains the basic concepts involved with organizational behavior. Organizational behavior is extremely important to understand, because the behavior of a business's employees, customers, or suppliers can make or break the business. There are various main concepts that are important to identify when understanding an organization's behavior. This final class essay sums up every key aspect, and one of the key aspects is how an organization communicates. Providing goods and services is one thing, but those goods mean nothing if your organization's behavior is offensive or outright childish.

quite short

Not bad information but very short, very basic, very foundational... Another 10 minutes of content would have changed my opinion.

Finally something useful!

I was given this audiobook by the narrator Jay Prichard in exchange for honest review. I must say his professional presentation was right on mark with this informative businesses tool to be used without concern on company property would help to properly intergrade new blooming managers onsite to excell to new skill level.

I am in a management role in my employment and it is sometimes very hard to explain concepts to new managers/coaches. This is a quick easy tool that makes the information simple even retainable. The narrator made sure to keep this from being a monotone experience with voice pitch control and even souded excited about his work. I would love to see a series done like thisthis made affordable but they must use this narrator due to his quality performance. Well done!

Get it under control! Organize your behavior, boy

In 18 minutes Trevor Clinger manages to fill you up with the knowledge of Organizational Behavior, which is basically the study of behavior in , uh, organized settings. He does a great job filling you in on all the nuts and bolts, so that you get the essentials; and in doing so, get a good grasp on the basics. Could the book be longer? Sure, but this is more of a road map. It introduces you to the concept, fills you in on how it works, and gets you better prepared to start application. If you want an indepth detailed piece of work, then skip this, becuase that is not its goal. This is meant to just hit you up with general knowledge that you cn begin to apply. Sort of Like OB for Beginners.

Prichard sets a great tone. His narration comes across like an interesting Psych instructor, and not some snoozy old timer just cranking out data. He keeps you engaged. Even though I did receive a promo code for this review it in no way influenced my considerations of the material, and in fact, inspired me to be more honest. In fact, getting a code generally makes me harsher as a reviewer as I am more often concerned what someone like Me will decide based on my review.

Any additional comments?

I listened to this very short audiobook and learned somethings that I can use in everyday life. The narrator's voice is very pleasant to listen to.

Nah

Juvenile learning at best. Sadly uninformative. Most pulled from one source and sadly basic. Wouldn't recommend, sadly. I was hoping for more
