This is a Absolute Gem of a book on marketing. Bernadette challenges all of us who own businesses to question and improve the way we market. What she says makes sense, and is a roadmap for how we should be working with our clients. Over and over she provides examples of the importance of stories for our marketing.
This is an Audible book that will stay on my iPad for a long time - I will listen to it over and over and get new gems out of it each time I do.

This book is solid condensed wisdom. Unlike many other books, Bernadette doesn't spend 6 hours waffling about some scientific essay to prove why it works, she just tells you what and why to do, then backs it up with case studies. I had no marketing knowledge prior to this book, and I ended feeling like I had a marketing degree. Sadly, most businesses don't apply any of the ideas in this book (great news for those who do!). Bernadette is also a joy to listen to.
This book gave me so many brilliant ideas. Thank you!
What a great, short but punchy book. I listened to it twice in 2 days as the gold within these pages are worth the second listen.
Winning with business is about connection and service and Bernadette has a clear plan outlined on how to do this.
She is a generous soul.
