A great parallel between leadership in corporates and in orchestra

Interestingly enough I meant to buy Itay Talgam book called the ignorant maestro, however copyright limitations stopped the purchase. Instead, I bought this book since it is pretty much the same notion.

I must say I was pleasantly surprised and happy to have come across this wonderful book.

The parallel is drawn in a clear way, the examples are vivid and the message taken is so valuable. I must praise the narrator whose skills contributed largely to the joy of this book.
