Publisher's Summary

This is a manifesto about ideas. Big ideas, small ideas, and outlandish ideas. Ideas that innovate, ideas that disrupt markets, and especially ideas that irritate. More than ideas, though, Mad Genius is about how ideas are born and the role they play in entrepreneurial thinking.
This is a manifesto for managers who want to become leaders and leaders who want to blow up mediocrity. Because whether you work in a traditional business, a nonprofit service organization, or the public sector, the best way to create fresh and innovative solutions is to think like an entrepreneur.

As Expected... Insightful, Interesting, Abstract.

Humm, the style of this book took some getting used to. There are parts where I had to keep reminding myself that I am listening to a "Manifesto of Entrepreneurs" because that is exactly how it's structured. However, if you can make it through some of the rants and over reading Randy Gage delivers some content that is, in fact, MAD GENIUS! That is why I'm giving the overall & story 4 stars.

A few of the points he makes on the mindset required for anyone innovating (entrepreneur, intrapreneur, business development) are awesome and key pieces of material that makes the book worth listening to. However, I would have probably preferred to read the hard copy.

Good content poorly delivered

I have no problem with strong language, however for me it detracted from the message.
