one of the best beginner books I read

this was by far one of the best books I've read from beginning to end he takes you step by step he doesn't really anything out but he does leave enough out so you can do your own research I think it's one of the most complete books I've read I have read all the Rich Dad Poor Dad books and this is just one of my favorite ones I think you'll enjoy it

Better than expected with real strategies

The start of the book was little slow and for beginners. Then, it gets good, started to explore the strategies he used, regarding ROE and how to do networking etc. Professionally written, it is not the kind of real estate investment book just bragging about house flipping stores.
