Excellent! One of the best audiobooks

Excellent! I think this book does a great job of exploring how Lean can work in small, medium, and large businesses. It also does a good job at showing what managers did to implement Lean practices, and the results of the implementation. The businesses used as point of reference in the book are manufacturing entities.

An amazing book for anyone who wants to learn how Lean works. It covers the full range of topics in business. What makes this book an interesting read is that the information is organized in such a nice way that it never feels boring. After closing this book, I feel like going back again to review some parts that have intensely drawn my interest and will definitely implement them.

Four Stars

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. It offered great advice for not just the structure of the program team but best practices and trouble-shooting for each role in the team and offered alternate ways of working based on the needs and maturity of your organization.
