Would you try another book from Joseph A. Michelli and/or Joseph A. Michelli and Tom Parks ?

The customer pays for hearing publicity

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

It had some interesting things but all in all it sounded like they were selling me on buying Starbucks and not explaining how to imitate.

Would you ever listen to anything by Joseph A. Michelli again?

What about Joseph A. Michelli and Tom Parks ’s performance did you like?

A lot of examples

Could you see Leading the Starbucks Way being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?
