Another Book that I would compare "Leadership..." to would be "Team Building." I chose this particular book because you cannot have a successful team if you have poor "Leadership."

What does Joshua Mackey bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

As usual Joshua Mackey brings Ace's words to life just through the excitement he gives as he narrates Ace's words.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

'Leadership..." was a book that that I can read in one sitting. Being only a little over an hour, I was able to listen to it in the car when we went for a drive back to Celebration, Fl. I was actually able to take notes as well.

Leaderships skills are very important in my line of field. I am always looking for hints and tricks that are going to keep me ahead of the game. I loved this book because it not only explored some new methods that I could use but it explored more with some old methods I already knew but added some new and exciting methods. I am already seeing improvements. !

Yes. The spoken word is sometimes more powerful that reading the word. Joshua Mackey makes it easy to understand and sounds enthusiastic all through the book. It gives you motivation to try some of the suggestions on how to become a leader.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Leadership: The Top 100 Best Ways to Be a Great Leader?

I really enjoyed the Leadership quotes. I wrote a few down on index cards and glued a strip magnet to the back. I placed the quotes on my filing cabinet at work so I always have some inspiration when I need it at work.

Have you listened to any of Joshua Mackey’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Joshua Mackey is an excellent person to have reading any book. His voice is pleasant and his inflection keeps you interested. The reading of this book was excellent, as usual.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It inspired me. It is a non-fiction book, so it is hard to make one laugh or cry, but I did get a great deal of inspiration and motivation to become a great leader from the book.

Any additional comments?

The book is extremely helpful because it gives you 100 very good suggestions on becoming a leader and doesn't sugar coat it. It gives you what to prepare for and explains success and failure at becoming a leader. Planning, goals commitment, the art of persuasion, negotiation, decision making and other skills are discussed as are things that go on behind the scenes at making a good leader like meditation, physical exercise and mental exercise. The encourages you to make a personal mission statement that you can be true to.

Leadership is a MUST listen to!

Leadership is a valuable skill and quite helpful in the workplace, at school, or at home. I am currently in college pursuing my Bachelor’s degree and I have found that college comes much easier when you have leadership skills. I have always struggled with leadership skills. In high school when we had group work to do, I was rarely the leader. Now that I am about to graduate from undergraduate school I am ready to become a better leader. I have been trying to find a great audio book that I can listen to on the go that is all about how I can become a better leader. I finally found Ace McCloud’s audio book on The Top 100 Best Ways To Be A Great Leader. I saw he was a best selling author, and figured I would try out the book at a great price. Such a great idea that was! This audio book taught me that anyone can become a leader. All I need to do is build up my self-confidence and once I have that, I will be able to persevere and even change the world through my leadership abilities. This book showed me that it is important to have a positive attitude if I want to become a great leader. I cannot wait to apply the leadership skills I learned from Ace McCloud to my remaining time at college and throughout my career!
