Some new ideas
Promoted the idea of service and looking after employees in a new spirit of we not me. All good but everything came back to dopamine, oxytocin and serotonin, this reached ridiculous proportions by the end of the book and detracted from the overall message.

Excellently described, concise and well written
A thoroughly enjoyable audiobook, useful take home information that's easy to digest. The stories included are enthralling and varied.
An absolute no brainer for business owners, coaches, team leaders and heads of business or groups

Good ideas but twisted truths
I enjoyed the book but particular ideas came across a little too far stretched. Worth the read if you want a different business perspective to leadership and don't a bit of classic America centralised thoughts
