funny, entertaining.... but no real meat

I enjoyed listening to this audio, but found that it didn't really contain information that is extremely helpful. alot of common sense stuff that might help a beginner agent.

Good and funny insights into the mind of a Realtor

The book is not 100% full of good Real Estate info but more of a quick, humorous, book in to the mind and daily life of an experienced realtor. If you're considering becoming one or even working with one, it is a good book to read. The female narrator did well in executing the spirit of the book. I am a hobbiest and read a lot of Real Estate investing books. This one was a refreshing change.

This might be considered OK for a newbie.

Sorry but a great humerous story still needs to be followed by more constructive how. Scripts, dialogues, aid with emotional intelligence, how to hit targets and the real activities. Garage sales might be great but then what? Whats the follow up procedure exactly, how many touch points should you have a year and what are the most effective ways of doing it?

Nice little story but I cant say the time I have invested into listening has given me a return sadly.
