Publisher's Summary

Learn powerful LEAPS strategies - from market maker Jon "Dr. J" Najarian.
LEAPS are option-like securities issued with expirations up to three years in the future, and they're one of the hottest investment vehicles around. He covers:

Using LEAPS to play fluctuations in market volatility
Focusing on "in-the-money" LEAPS
Playing long-term moves in leading market indexes with LEAPS
Using LEAP puts for portfolio protection - and bear-market profits
Controlling a stock with a zero-cost LEAP "collar"
Najarian also reveals:

Three key advantages of buying LEAPS instead of stocks
Six factors that determine an option's premiums
The value of spreads vs. outright LEAP purchases - and more

Terrible....don't bother with this one.

Would you try another book from Jon Najarian and/or Jon Najarian?

No, I wouldn't try another book from Jon Najarian. This was a waste of time and money.

What was most disappointing about Jon Najarian’s story?

Jon likes to let you know that he is a remarkable guy. He starts with a narrative about his pro-football days with the Chicago Bears. I was looking for a book about LEAPS, not about Jon Najarian. He barely touched on LEAPS, but he did have a lot of anecdotes about his trading days.

Any additional comments?

I'm stopping this review short. Already wasted too much time on this book. Good luck if you choose to move forward with it.

Defined LEAPS not much more

Not worth the time. The few examples were theoretical not real world. He talked real dates but without the context of the date he was speaking it didn't help much at all. There really wasn't any meat in this talk. The first half was DRJ just telling us about himself.
