I do not think I will be missing anything on this diet primarily because of the recipes in this book. They all look so delicious. This book explains how the Ketogenic diet works and give examples of meal plans that work with the diet. The book has recipes for appetizers, soups and stews and salads. Main dish recipes include those made with beef, poultry, pork, lamb and seafood. There are also ways to make sauces and condiments, vegetables and more in this book. I love that the author gave many "faux" recipes for those of us that might find it hard to lay off the carbs. There is fake mashed potatoes, faux potato salad, macaroni and cheese with cauliflower instead of pasta. I've tried about 20 of the recipes so far and all of them are delicious. The zucchini fries are a favorite of my family along with the tater tots that are not made out of potatoes at all. The only thing you won't get from this book is weight gain because all of the recipes work with the ketogenic diet to make you lose weight and eat healthier.

Ketogenic diet is a low carb,high protein diet that can generate great changes in how your body acquires energy and burns fat. Everyone wants to have a fit body and maintaining one is quite difficult. Buying this book is one of the best decisions I made. I have really learnt a lot and I have already shared some of the knowledge learnt here to some of my friends. The purpose of ketogenic diet is to trigger ketosis which is a physical state in which the body relies on ketones for energy. Ketogenic diet has some advantages including more energy,mental performance,Blood pressure and Cholesterol,Acne,Fewer hunger pangs etc.Grain and sugar are things you are to avoid completely to achieve benefits of ketogenic diet. You will also find some helpful Keto-friendly ingredients that I have used and have worked out for the past one month. I highly recommend this book to everyone who wants to have Ketogenic diet. As I recently heard lots of people talking about the ketogenic diet and its advantages, I was curious to try this diet to lose weight and look better. This audiobook is excellent as it gives you plenty of information you need to start a ketogenic diet even if you are a complete novice as me. It has a vast number of great and tasty recipes to try and plenty of useful information to help you motivate you to stick to your diet, and or gradually implement healthy changes and meals in your diet.
I have a bunch of friends that are trying out the Ketogenic diet and I have seen that it can be very successful when followed correctly and so I really wanted to learn how it works, what I need to do and how sustainable it really is. I really appreciated how informative this book is, I now understand that this diet is not a quick fix but a long term way of life that actually changes the way your body produces energy and helps you to burn fat, boost your metabolism and stabilise blood sugar levels which helps you to feel less hungry and more energised. This book really helped me to see what I can realistically expect from the Ketogenic diet, walks you through step by step and has a bunch of fascinating recipes to try.
