good but could have been great

some small things distracted and detracted for me
1) 59 minute book, but 15 minutes of intro blah blah. I really started to worry 10 minutes in if actually she was going to get into techniques. I worried knowing it was 59 minutes if it was only a sample book
2) the slow emphasis - I know it was done for effect to extenuate the point but it starts to get annoying after a while as it feels like you are being treated as dumb

otherwise good tips, but would suggest it is not goo enough as a stand alone book and you need another to go with it like Talk Like Ted or Steal the Show
