unless english is your second language AND you have never worked a day of your life around food AND you say things like "outside the box" numerous times a day, this book is not for you. at least it was not for me.

For someone with No Clue!

If you take the time to endure the entire listen, and feel like you know enough to start a restaurant, PLEASE DON'T

The deep, authoritative, scary voice character used to emphasis "important" points is a joke.

If you find that the information provided in this audio is not common sense, or thing you learned in your first job in a restaurant, you are not ready to start a restaurant.

This was a waste of a good audible credit!

old fashioned, outdated, limited obvious info!

terible audio book.if u want a run down of foods to sell,pasta pizza coffee then it's the right book! obvious info like ull have competition.
hire staff members and make a buisness plan!
to focused on decor and layout from the start.
no real financial info or help.
based on old info based on an American audience.
random info about air con! (no joke)
wouldn't not recommend.
I've read catering buisness books that are much more In depth and thought through. this is a very week watered down book in comparison.
don't waste ur time downloading
