Don't Bother
Would you try another book from Priscilla Greene and/or Shir Carmely?
Really useless and outdated. The author seems unaware of the advent of the Internet. Newspaper ads? Flyers on bulletin boards? Really? She advises not having dusty trophies and knick-knacks -- when she should advise you to stage your home professionally. No real tips about the legal, financial and operational implications of FSBO. Absolutely nothing in here you don't already know.
Would you ever listen to anything by Priscilla Greene again?

What disappointed you about House for Sale by Owner?
Book didn't address how to sell your house. It only provided a hour of common sense information. It didn't discuss how to market or how to process the transaction. Rambled on about nonessential information. Save your credit.
