Executive Coaching article - less relevant now

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

This was a short article plugging Executive Coaching. In 2004 this was best information. Today, we have good evidence that a coach using a wider stakeholder centered process is far more likely to produce the desired results than coaches focusing on the client-coach-coachee triangle described here.
