Develop good habits, break bad ones

They say bad habits are hard to break and believe me, it's true. I've been trying to break a few of my bad habits for years, while simultaneously trying to cultivate good habits. I've been unsuccessful, until now. This easy-to-listen-to audio book delivers easy to understand information in an interesting way. Since listening, I've learned about good habits that can transform and have far-reaching effects on my life and success. I've also learned how to replace my bad habits with good ones. This book has really changed the way I live. Highly recommeded.

Worth the purchase.

This book is full approaches on how to create good habits and break bad ones. Even if only a few resonate and motivate an adjustment to one's behavior I see that as well worth the cost of this book. The narration is clear and upbeat and helps set the proper mindset. However, I would not recommend this book for someone looking for step by step actions to achieve their goals. This book seem more like a reminder or a friend who helps point you in the right direction and in some cases inspires you to think/approach things differently.
