Mix of advice, not really actionable

I liked a few of the ideas, but most were old news...even for 2016. It felt like the collection was randomly picked instead of curated. Let’s see what 2018 has to offer...

Useful info.
I would prefer a different narrator.
Repeats the importance of constructive human interaction being an essential part of business systems and solutions regardless of the technology.
