Can't wait to put into practice

Learned soooo much from this title and I can't wait to begin to put this into practice to see if it really works. Great book on "working together" and it should be fun coming up with creative ways to show my workers about the importance of their work, autonomy and cheering others on!

Great book

This is amazing. If you’re going into any position or currently in any position where you are leading people take the time and listen to this. It has some really good points and makes sense. GUNG HO
