The information in this book is developed better in other goal setting books I've read. I think it's more of a summary than it is a good plan to work from.
I would not likely get another book unless I saw that the time on it was more than the 5 or so hours this one is. I might try it then just to see if the ideas are developed more.
The narrator's voice is fairly monotone and it was also difficult to stay tuned in.
