Just awful

Someone told the author to write a book and that would make him credible. Didn’t work.

He Nailed It

As someone who has had a capital transaction before, Peter was right on! This is a very insightful book that all entrepreneurs should read.

Must read for all entrepreneurs/owners!

I would recommend this book to all entrepreneurs/owners/managers. Not only does it discuss building enterprise value in the traditional business sense, but it also places ample and much-needed focus on the personal and psychological elements of the exit process and wealth creation events. Well written and performed!
