Good pace. Clear annunciation. Would recommend to fellow 1L students who are studying for exams.

Sound concise contracts review

Rafi Nemes does a good job reviewing contract law concisely. His diction is clear and measured. It is even keeled and well paced, not too fast nor too slow. A brief review cannot touch on all legal nuances, but the content of the course appears to be sound. The transition between ideas is direct and fairly smooth. This review is briefer than other audio products available. I used it for CLE (continuing legal ed), though it is designed for law students and bar review. I recommend this item for students, lawyers, and anyone interested in learning about the common law of contracts in the U.S.
