A Solid, Concise Outline.

This outline was generally pretty good. I found two errors, however. First, the outline states that gerrymandering itself is subject to strict scrutiny. This is only correct with respect to racial gerrymandering, at least as of April 2017. Second, the outline states that a school which allows a moment of silence before classes is violating the Establishment Clause outright. This is certainly true in cases where the purpose of the moment of silence is explicitly for prayer, but as a blanket statement, it is (most probably) not correct. At the very least, the law is ambiguous here. Those two minor errors of nuance aside, this was a great outline and I am very happy that I found it.

Great outline.

Great outline. Short chapters allow the listener to zoom in on specific topics. I really like the naration. So far, it has helped me learn the black-letter law in my 1L year. All of the examples are good, but it would be helpful to have more cases cited to those examples. Overall, this book is worth your investment of time and money if you are a 1L and you want a little extra reinforcement of the black-letter law.
