Publisher's Summary

Great results begin with great questions
In this new expanded edition of her classic international best seller, Marilee Adams shows how the kinds of questions we ask shape our thinking and can be the root cause of many personal and organizational problems. She uses a highly instructive and entertaining story to show how to quickly recognize any undermining questions that pop into your mind - or out of your mouth - and reframe them to achieve amazingly positive and practical results. The third edition includes a new introduction and epilogue and two powerful new tools that show how question thinking can dramatically improve coaching and leadership.
Based on Adams' decades of research and experience, this book can make a life-transforming difference - as it already has for many thousands of people around the world.

Great Book

If you could sum up Change Your Questions, Change Your Life in three words, what would they be?

Very powerful message. I am using some of the techniques with my students as well as in my own life.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Change Your Questions, Change Your Life?

I really liked the message about people being judgers or learners and when you discover you are on the judger path it's easy to cross over to the learner path.

Good ideas, just not a ground breaking as they want you to think

This book presents some good ideas on handling relationships and personal coaching. They reminded me of some of the tips in Covey’s “seven habits”. I did find the book’s need to constantly emphasize how truly great the tools are somewhat tedious.

Great questions

I got a lot out of this book and the questions and methodology it presents. In my view the narrator detracts from the message ... the characters in the book are predominantly Male - so a female narrator doing male characters is just annoying... unless of course her voice is deep like Margaret Thatcher. I'd buy the audiobook again if performed by a male narrator.
