Very accurate examples

I've been in the corporate world for a long time and have just realized my strength is Change Management. I've found that every failure behind change in my experience was fully explained and made very clear why the changes/projects failed.

I found this information good as a learning tool in not only what to do, but what not to do and be able to communicate why in both cases.
