Buy the book. Too many numbers for the Audio

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I would not recommend the Audio Book. To be fair I am only in the first chapter. There are way to many numbers read to you to understand. You need the book so you can study the tables they are reading.

What other book might you compare Cashing in Tax Free to and why?

This is the first book I have found. I don't have any to compare. I am going to buy the book.

What didn’t you like about Greg Zarcone’s performance?

Reader was good. Material not good for listening in my opinion. I love Audible....but this one you must have the book in hand.

Excellent Overview of a Complicated Topic

Ok, I won't candy coat it, this is not for the basic retail investor, It's for accredited investors. Get over it. But for those who have transitioned into that demographic and particularly for those with unrealized capital gains in real estate, do yourself a favor and at least be introduced to the vehicle. Personally had never heard of them until a savvy real estate broker put me in touch with someone who initially educated me on the topic. I am so glad he did. As I researched further, I found this book which then really helped me get a much better understanding of the market, risks, rewards and the processes involved. No they aren't the old real estate limited partnerships that got a lot of people's financial clocked cleaned thirty years ago and no, you can't get them from a discount broker nor in a For Sale By Owner transaction.
Leslie is obviously a professional in this domain and I will probably be connecting with her further. Greg Zarcone does an excellent job conveying the material which at times as you might guess gets a bit thick, in a very connecting style.
If you own rental real estate with unrealized capital gains, do yourself a favor and give this one a listen.
