Unbelivably great

Amaizing simple description of how to make people happy at work, how to effectively manage employees. Written with simple understandable language, it will make you want to practice all those techniques right away. Very motivating

Should have read it much earlier in my career!

If you have only one take-away from this book (and there are many great pearls), it is that positive reinforcement is determined by the result, not the intention. Just because you think it is a positive reinforcement or encoragement, in the eyes of the receiver, it might not feel that way. I wish I'd read it much, much earlier in my career.
