Has Branded!: How Retailers Engage Consumers with Social Media and Mobility turned you off from other books in this genre?

yes

How did the narrator detract from the book?

I couldn't concentrate, the narrator lost me every few minutes. It was a mix of the slow story and the narration.

Any additional comments?

I didn't find any of the information to be different from what must of us already know.

While the audio edition may be recent this is an old book with old data and mostly a waste of time..Example, no mention of Goggle+ or Pinterest.

Perhaps, if it is recent.

What about Mark Ashby’s performance did you like?

Very good

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

Yes, some of the info is "timeless" but that doesn't make up for all the outdated info.
