Mandatory reading for any Canadian mortgage broker

Dustan explains the strategy, tactics and scripts of his successful mortgage origination business. I found many of the ideas and information immediately applicable, and in many cases I cut and paste into my own email templates. I also own the paperback book as well. Thanks, Dustan!
