GOOD BOOK...

I've read a number of agile related books. This is by far one of the best ones I've read to date. The book is an easy read and provides a pragmatic approach to implementing agility within a team.

Almost good

The authors has a profound knowledge of the work environments and they clarified every important detail on how to deal with your project and make it extremely effective. They both makes very intriguing recommendations based on this method, particularly for the short-term objectives.
